I could feel Gertrude’s kids today. I think there were two. Fingers crossed.
We normally take Orion, Fern & Gertrude on a daily walk to the woods so they can eat their hearts out (goats are more closely related to deer than cows). Since the layer of ice on top of the several feet of snow arrived last week, its been a little too rough on their legs. In the meantime, here’s their walk last week before the ice arrived.

if you want to start a new sound effect: ask the world to paint all of the trees. every single tiny twig of everything with a layer of ice. then ask the wind to blow. a little to the left and the right. ta da. chimes.
