I am in love with weekends in January. I do not have to drive in to Brattleboro to the Farmery to make caramels & Luke let me sleep through chores this morning, which this time of year are amazingly simple, especially when it is not oh.so.cold and sadly, not so snowy. But as I dreamed of winter in July, now here I am plotting summer in January. One of our goals for this summer (including finding a permanent home to live in and our own barn for our animals) is to have farm film feasts. This table setting looks about right. And is a lot easier to plan than a house + barn. Maybe lots of these tables at a barn raising feast?
