Lots of nostalgia going out the door with this stove. We sold her to a really great guy whose starting some catering out of his barn in the northeast kingdom. I hand-stirred the first 16 months of caramel on this bad boy. Ill miss her. But also excited for what we are going to do next with the colt barn now that we are moving 5 feet away into a real house.
