I made these truffles over the weekend, except I substituted with goat cream and goat butter, as I have more of that lying around. SO. Delicious. I know, I know it is January and everyone is cleaning and eating peas and feeling great, but these are amazing. And I made them by melting down some chocolate santas, so really, I was recycling.
